Noooooo!  Bockie just gave me the worst news ever – almost two months late.  Julius J. Carry, III died in August from pancreatic cancer (Dear pancreatic cancer: I hate you.  Sincerely, Jane Q. Public).

Y’all may know him as Sho’Nuff, the Shogun of Harlem from The Last Dragon, but I remember him fondly from his first role as Tucker “Disco Godfather” Williams’ (played by the iconic Rudy Ray Moore) well-meaning nephew who got hooked on “the wack” in Disco Godfather [or Avenging Disco Godfather to you supernerds].

Carry was also Bruce Campbell’s sidekick in the series “The Adventures of Brisco County Jr.”

Bucky’s attacking the wack in heaven now.
