Election Playlist Update
Mostly due to the excellent suggestions left in the comments on the last post about this, I’ve amassed a good chunk of songs for my election playlist. I’m trying to follow the mix “rule” of not including more than one song by the same artist which can lead to some tough decisions – particularly with Springsteen. I’m still taking suggestions via my comments (Election Day is close, but it’s not here yet!), and you’re also more than welcome to make an argument if you can think of a better song by one of the artists I’ve already got – or, even better still, a good cover of said song.
Anyway, see below for what I’ve added so far (still not arranged in any particular order, though I suspect that Queen will have the distinction of providing the closing song…):
UPDATE:

good losing would be Nas’s “Black president” and outro from his latest album

I can’t remember what Extreme song you recommended. I wanted people to suggest songs here in the comments (rather than via Twitter), so I could go back later and grab the songs.
